Contact Brimigo

Email [email protected]. Include your account email, phone model, app version, and a brief description of the issue. Screenshots can help, but remove private conversations and sensitive information first. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, or payment details.

Signing in

Use the same sign-in method you used to create your account: email, Google, or Apple. For email access, use the password reset option on the sign-in screen and check your spam folder. Phone sign-in is not currently available.

Nearby pets and location

Brimigo currently supports Washington, DC, Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, and Bethesda. You can choose a supported neighborhood manually without device-location permission. Profiles depend on participation in your area and your filters; an empty feed does not necessarily mean something is broken.

Notifications

Check that notifications are enabled for Brimigo in your device settings. Focus, Do Not Disturb, silent mode, and notification settings can affect alerts and sounds. Tell us your device model if messages appear in the app but alerts do not arrive.

Safety and unwanted contact

Use Block or Report on another member’s profile to report unwanted contact or unsafe behavior. You can also email us with relevant details. Brimigo support is not an emergency service; if someone or an animal is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Delete an account or leave the waitlist

In the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. If you cannot access your account, email us from its associated address for help. To leave the website waitlist, email us with “Remove me from the Brimigo waitlist.” We may need to verify account ownership before handling a request.
